For ICC Season 2, several players have been promoted or demoted from their respective categories in Season 1. ICC Reserve Rights is pleased to release this official announcement across its multiple platforms.
Player promotions and demotions are determined through a comprehensive evaluation process. ICC recognizes player performances during Season 1, along with continued observations of their participation in various indoor cricket leagues and tournaments. Promotion is not based solely on outstanding performance; it also reflects a player’s sportsmanship, game awareness, punctuality, discipline, and overall dedication to indoor cricket.
Similarly, demotion does not imply that a player lacks ability or will remain in a lower category permanently. Rather, it is intended to encourage growth, development, and stronger return to competition. Both player promotion and demotion decisions are made fairly and in the best interest of game and its players. The list of players promoted and demoted is provided below.
